Deal Size up to $2.5m up to 70% LTA
(LTA - Loan to Acquisition)
2-5 Point Origination
We structure Origination Points based on the unique situations of each deal. Lower risk deals typically have a lower cost while riskier deals have a higher cost.
10-15% Interest Only
INTEREST ONLY - We offer Interest Only loans to our investors, knowing that cash flow should be utilized for the project. Our goal is to provide short-term loans that meet your project needs.
